- Drive sales growth and profitability in the NSW region, focusing on new business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate product features to clients
- Keep abreast of the Safety industry trends and market developments
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Use Salesforce to manage client relationships and sales activities
Requirements:
A successful District Sales Manager should have:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Industrial Safety industry
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with detection systems is a plus!
