Description:
Depending on the specific role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Customer Support : Answering inbound customer queries, providing product/service information, and troubleshooting issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Solving : Addressing customer complaints or issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Order Processing & Documentation : Processing orders, refunds, exchanges, and other customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Customer Relationship Management : Building rapport with customers to foster positive long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping : Updating customer records, managing databases, and ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
- Meeting KPI
- Collaboration : Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
We are looking for customer service superstars with:
- At least 12 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience in sales, technical support, or contact centre leadership is a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- A solution-oriented approach to addressing customer issues and finding resolutions in a timely manner.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
- Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
