Description:
- Own and uphold the Brand and Segment Guidelines, ensuring all communications effectively reflect our unique selling proposition (USP).
- Develop and execute a brand communication plan that simplifies the consumer decision-making process and encourages brand preference.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build a strategic Marketing Calendar and execute targeted advertising campaigns.
- Present key projects, creative briefs, and strategic plans to senior leadership, including C-suite executives.
- Manage relationships with key creative partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials, all while staying within budget.
- Partner with internal teams (Digital, CX, Sales) and external retail partners to create a variety of marketing assets for channels such as TV, BVOD, Social Media, In-store Displays, and Trade Promotions.
- Ensure all marketing activities deliver optimal ROI and are executed within the set budget.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Actively contribute ideas for growth strategies and help implement them across the business.
Requirements:
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar marketing role, ideally with experience in premium consumer goods.
