Anglicare is seeking skilled Business Project Managers and IT Project Managers to join our dedicated team (based at Macquarie Park) and contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and business objectives.

Cross functional and business unit stakeholder management
-
Oversee the project budget, estimating costs, and tracking expenses to ensure financial efficiency.

Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
-
Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, and presentations including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
Who Should Apply?
IT Project Managers: You bring technical expertise and a strong understanding of IT solutions to manage the delivery of technology-driven projects.
Non-IT Project Managers: Your experience in overseeing diverse projects, from process improvements to operational initiatives, will help drive success across our services.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field or similar project management certification preferred.

Proven experience in project management.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and build key relationships in a hybrid environment

Enjoy a challenge and being part of formulating new ways of working
-
Experience with Agile, iterative and Waterfall methodologies is highly regarded (depending on the role).

Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

A passion for supporting community services and improving outcomes for those in need.

Ability to think laterally and work both independently and in a team environment.

Excellent relationship management, business acumen, and presentation skills.

Experience in end-to-end implementation of complex systems in a diverse business environment.
