Anglicare is seeking skilled Business Project Managers and IT Project Managers to join our dedicated team (based at Macquarie Park) and contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and business objectives.

  • Cross functional and business unit stakeholder management

  • Oversee the project budget, estimating costs, and tracking expenses to ensure financial efficiency.

  • Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.

  • Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, and presentations including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement

Who Should Apply?

IT Project Managers: You bring technical expertise and a strong understanding of IT solutions to manage the delivery of technology-driven projects.

Non-IT Project Managers: Your experience in overseeing diverse projects, from process improvements to operational initiatives, will help drive success across our services.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field or similar project management certification preferred.

  • Proven experience in project management.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and build key relationships in a hybrid environment

  • Enjoy a challenge and being part of formulating new ways of working

  • Experience with Agile, iterative and Waterfall methodologies is highly regarded (depending on the role).

  • Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

  • A passion for supporting community services and improving outcomes for those in need.

  • Ability to think laterally and work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent relationship management, business acumen, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of complex systems in a diverse business environment.
