How will I help?

As the Senior Product Manager for Personal Loans, you will develop and lead the customer acquisition and growth strategy for the personal lending portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales funnel, improving loan application conversion rates, and collaborating with key business partners across marketing, digital, operations, and technology to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will also contribute to business growth through data-driven insights, lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, and track performance to ensure targets are met.

What do I need?

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proactive self-starter with strong people influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Min 7 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in consumer lending or product management.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and sales outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing business initiatives from inception to successful execution. Demonstrates a keen ability to recognise and capitalise on emerging growth opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer credit market and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., Responsible Lending)
  • Deep understanding of personal loan and car loan products is a significant advantage
  • Ability to use data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
