Salary range: $88,483 to $91,232 per annum + 13% superannuation.
About the role
This role contributes to the success of the City by providing technical, investigative and administrative functions in association with the management of the City’s amenities, roads and hydraulic infrastructure.
Role accountabilities include:

- Oversee new asset construction from developments.
- Inspect subdivision works for compliance with standards.
- Ensure compliance with development conditions before bond release or completion notices.
- Advise developers on Council processes and requirements.
- Administer and inspect public stormwater connections.
- Review and manage contractor work quality and documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders on projects, complaints, and service issues.
- Investigate and report on road and stormwater infrastructure inquiries.

About you

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar, Diploma of Project Management and/or significant experience in a similar role.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Extensive experience in the Development Engineering process including administration of contracts, civil construction and quality system management.
