Store Person-Remote Coastal Northern TerritoryWe are seeking an experienced Store Person for a busy venue located in coastal Northern Territory.
The role will suit an experienced Store Person skilled in all aspects of working in a busy supermarket who holds or be willing to obtain a Forklift Ticket and an MR or HR Drivers License.
You will work with a fantastic team of staff providing services to the local community.
Outside of work enjoy the laidback Northern Territory lifestyle and beautiful tropical weather. Immerse yourself in the local community and get to know the friendly locals. The fishing is world class with awesome beach & ocean fishing.

The role is located in the local store.
Long Term Commitment required - not suitable for visa holders
Pay Information:
- $70,000 Fulltime salary
- Free Shared House Accommodation (Must pay own electricity - $40 per week)
- 6 Weeks Annual Leave
- Travel Assistance provided from Darwin return
- All aspects of working in a busy supermarket
- Stock control / ordering
- Receiving, warehousing & maintenance operations
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health & safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Direct staff on a day to day basis
- Current MR or HR class license
- Forklift ticket
- Be able to obtain a dangerous goods license
- Computer knowledge word, excel & outlook
- Any other reasonable request within your range of competence as required by the Store Manager
- Must hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Forklift Ticket
- Hold or be willing to obtain an MR or HR Drivers License
- Able to live and work in a remote destination
- Long Term Commitment required - not suitable for visa holders
- Access via unsealed road from Darwin in dry season
- Airfares from Darwin Return
- There is Telstra mobile coverage
