About the Position:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Shire of Broome in the role of Facility Liaison Officer .
The BRAC Facility Liaison Officer will be responsible for the coordinating of venue hire bookings, general banking and invoicing functions, undertaking promotion and marketing tasks, monitoring and ordering stock, assisting with program coordination and general administration tasks.

Permanent Full-time position, 38 hours per week, rostered working hours, Monday to Friday
About You:
Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be able to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external customers and be highly organised. They will have a high level of computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as experience coordinating bookings and use of specialised facility management software.
Qualifications and/or Training:
- Current C class drivers license
- Senior First Aid
- Current Working with Children Check
- Recent National Police Check
Desirable:
- Experience in using purpose-built facility management software
- Previous Local Government Experience
