Description:
The Supply Chain Order Management Specialist key responsibilities are the following:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring smooth administrative and logistical follow-up.
- Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor stock levels and manage procurement processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and management tools.
- Report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
Requirements:
The successful Supply Chain Order Management Specialist will be:
- Main point of contact for all local clients (grocery and food service).
- Skilled in handling customer disputes with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in stock management systems.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
- Proficient in administrative tools and familiar with order management procedures.
- Experience with an information system (e.g., SAP, Dynamics).
- Excel skills.
- Experience working in an FMCG/Retail and Supply Chain environment.
- Postgraduate 1 year experience in a similar role.
Conditions:
