As an Administration Assistant reporting to the Business Service Manager, you will provide essential administrative support across the whole Zenith Search business. Your tasks will include assisting with office maintenance, managing stationery supplies, supporting HR activities for internal staff, and offering HSQ admin support while also working with off shore administration team. You will also assist with the maintenance of HR policies and procedures, provide marketing assistance, and help coordinate company events as needed. Additionally, you will manage various ad-hoc tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly, this is certainly a position that offers variety and diversity of tasks and requirements!
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in administrative support within a business environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and flexible team player, ready to assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with office maintenance and manage stationery supplies to keep the office well-organised.
- Support HR functions, including assisting with internal staff records and HR processes.
- Provide HSQ admin support, assisting in a range of administrative tasks.
- Help maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Provide marketing assistance as needed.
- Support the coordination of company events, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, office communications, and supporting business operations.
