The Role Recipe
- Financial Reporting, managing delivery of Profit and Loss Metrics to stores
- Monthly inventory management reviews and store remuneration reconciliations
- Cash flow and Financial Statements, monitoring bank balances and maintaining cash flow forecasts
- Manage FBT obligations, routine GST compliance and lodge quarterly GST returns
- Management of Accounting Supporting Staff, allocating balanced workload and monitoring progress for the team
- Business Process Improvement, identify and support intiatives to improve efficiencies
Key Ingredients
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (1 to 3 years)
- Previous experience working in a Franchise environment is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting practices and procedures
- Highly developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver input to company strategy through accountable KPI reporting.
- Commercially focused finance professional who understands retail
