Description:
The principal purpose of the Lead Concierge is to support the Concierge’s managing customers to understand and choose the Group (Karmo & Motopool) subscription in the simplest and most compelling way possible. Consistently providing outstanding customer service while meeting specified business sales and operational objectives
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service experience in a customer first focus environment
Administration Experience (Highly regarded)
Be able to learn and discuss products and service information with customers
Be able to use various technologies and platforms to achieve business goals
Leadership of team members

Team and Interdepartmental Relations
Establish and maintain good working relationships within your team and with other departments across the broader group that you will be working closely with to facilitate the subscription business.
Administration:
Complete all subscription documents completely, accurately and promptly in line with company and legal requirements
Keep desk and office organised in a neat and orderly condition at all times
Complete subscription on boarding checklist and update all relevant systems every time a subscription is started or changed as per policies
Maintain and monitor all existing subscriptions using our Subscription Platform and work with the State Manager on highlighting any issues of concern with existing customers
Maintain and organise regular services of Customer Vehicle’s in accordance with manufacturer's service intervals
Organise detailing of returned Vehicle with Detailing suppliers
Undertake any other duties as required or requested by the State Manager to support the business
