Role Description This role is for 25 hours a week permanent part time and has the capacity to grow to a full-time position for the right person. We are looking for a self-motivated practitioner who is looking to work across many areas of exercise physiology. If you are looking for a challenge and a new way of providing exercise physiology services MIND is the place for you. The role will require you to: Work with a diverse clientele with varied conditions ranging from chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation to successful ageing. Manage and build a case load including Wellness “ExSocio” and technology - based group sessions. Work within current and future MIND projects/contracts with DVA/RSL, sporting teams and schools. Treat clients with an emphasis on prevention and longevity for long-term health outcomes. Assess, provide, and evaluate clinical care, in collaboration with clients, and the multidisciplinary team, to achieve identified goals. Understand and interpret objective measures to guide clinical decisions and educate client for future success. Reach KPIs, manage clinical notes, client follow ups and reporting. Liaise and work with other allied health professionals, local schools, sporting clubs and corporate organisations. Qualifications | Minimum Requirements Accredited Exercise Physiologist - ESSA Accreditation Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance Current First Aid & CPR Current Working with Children Check Current Police Check Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Minimum 1 year experience is ideal (exceptional new grads welcome to apply) Preferred but not required: NDIS Worker's screening check (optional) Sports Trainer Level 1 Within My Inspiration Never Dies we hold character, integrity, and personality in high regard.
