The Company
Our client is an industry leader who is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team based in Sydney CBD, due to significant growth within the business. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis, assisting to process invoices and payment runs. We are looking for someone with end-to-end accounts payable experience, who can start immediately.
The Role
- Full function Accounts Payable relating to property leasing including maintenance, utilities, insurance, property taxes, and vendor services.
- Processing of monthly lease payments
- Reconcile accounts payable balances with vendor statements, lease payments, and property-related expense reports
- Posting of accruals
- Maintaining accurate lease information
- Coordinate with stakeholders on tenancy lease incentives and administered incentive components.
To be considered for the position
- 2 - 5 years of full function accounts payable experience
- Experience in the property or real estate industry
- Working experience with Xero
