Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a range of high-level executive support services, driving CEO priorities, governance and workflows, and managing wider cross network liaison on behalf of the CEO. The role manages the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE) team (including two direct reports) and reports to the Director of Strategy and Advice.
Key accountabilities include:
- Prepare, manage and review the provision of high-level communications and executive and ministerial activity, briefing notes, media responses, submissions, reports, ensuring timely and accurate information and responses.
- Act as the point of contact, liaise with stakeholders and action requests to coordinate material and proactively ensure responses meet deadlines to facilitate effective functioning of the OCE.
- Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of administrative practices, systems and procedures for the OCE and senior executive to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of organisational outcomes.
- Implement, monitor and report on strategic, operational and project plans to inform decision making and support organisational objectives.
- Manage and contribute to Value NSW’s business planning and corporate reporting, including coordinating executive team input to risk management, audit and governance processes.
- Work collaboratively with key staff to obtain and share information and advice to ensure coordinated delivery of organisational outcomes.
