We are proudly partnering with one of the national leaders in Workplace Health and Injury Management services who are growing their Western Sydney team. As part of growth and some recent internal development opportunities, they are looking for a new Western Sydney Area Manager who is passionate about growing and developing teams and is wanting to join a growing organisation where they can make a genuine impact.
Our client will offer you opportunities not widely available elsewhere, as they continue to grow and expand into new areas. You will be given freedom but huge levels of support to assist in growing the team and referring partner relationships, so bring your creativity and innovation with you!
Key areas of the role are:
- Growing and leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants including Seniors
- Managing financial and commercial aspects of the area (with full support)
- Capability building within the team and maximising staff engagement
You will be an experienced leader who is craving the excitement that can come with entering an organisation at this level, with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management. Right now, it's likely that you are team manager who has
- 3-4 + years in Occ Rehab
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and helping build team capability
- A strong desire to step up and take ownerships of a region
