As we continue on our path to great exceptional employee experiences, we're on the lookout for a dynamic HR Coordinator with experience working with the broader HR team! If you're excited about diving into recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and guiding employees through their journey with us by providing generalist HR support, we want you to join our team. Here’s what your day could look like:
- Growing the Pepper Money Family: Team up with our Talent Partner on thrilling recruitment activities, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Creating Meaningful Experiences: Drive impactful employee experiences by supporting HR programs like engagement surveys and gathering valuable insights through new starter and exit feedback.
- Owning Employee Data: Take charge of employee data by maintaining organisation charts, employee records, and more, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensuring Compliance: support the team to ensure we remain compliant with internal process and employment legislation.
