Description:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Mining sector
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans across the region
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders including site GM's, Mine Managers & Ops leaders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
- Participate in mining industry events and conferences
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company
Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- A degree in Business or engineering field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the mining sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A good understanding of the WA market
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
