What you'll be doing ✨

  • You'll deliver mobile therapy in childcare centres, schools, or family homes, all while enjoying the flexibility of handling administrative tasks from the comfort of your home.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop customised therapy plans tailored to assessment findings and individual client objectives.
  • Provide evidence based speech therapy sessions based
  • Monitor progress consistently, conducting regular reviews and refining treatment strategies as required.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Guide families and caregivers with practical strategies to enhance communication development at home.
  • Ensure client records are meticulously maintained, including assessments, therapy plans, and progress updates.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in the field.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, with current SPA registration
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current certification with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Police Check
