About the role
This role is ideal for a Darwin local, working Monday to Friday on-site at a major LNG project in Darwin. As a Site Administrator, you will be a key support to the Project Execution team, playing a vital role in the smooth operation of the project.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Site office support, accurate data entry and filing
- Contribute to the completion of Care Intervene Comply (CIC) inspections, Permit to Work Audits, and Safety Observations on a weekly basis
- Prompt consolidation of daily timesheets and daily force reports
- Filing and distributing queries and forms submitted by the work force
- Organize and manage site access requests for visitors and personnel due to be mobilized
- Contribute to the organisation and tracking of PPE issuance to members of the workforce
- Assist the Material Controller with the tracking, expedition, collection and goods receipting of orders in PRONTO
- Assist the Trainer/Assessor with maintaining training records
- Assist the Quality Advisor(s) with the filing and compilation of scope MDRs
- Assist the Scheduler/Planner(s) with the compilation of periodic reports and processing of weekly payrolls as and when required
Who do we want to hear from?
- Proven experience in an engineering or contracting environment
- Familiarity with systems such as PRONTO, Ariba, and SAP is desirable
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented approach
- Willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks, both on-site and off-site as needed
