The award-winning Buderim Views, located in the beautiful location of Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. This home is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care Home

About the Role:
AS an AIN at Buderim Views Aged Care Home, you are responsible for providing basic care and personal care to our residents. some of these duties include
- Assistance with their personal care needs
- Assistance with their mobility
- Assistance at Mealtimes.
- Encouraging to get involved in activities
To be successful in this role you will be Qualified at a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community/ must include Completion of CHCCS011 Meet Personal Support Needs module as part of one of the abovementioned qualifications.
- Experience in aged care or evidence of Placement within Aged Care
- Good Understanding of person-centred care
- Strong, clear verbal and written English skills
- Good computer skills
- Collaborative approach to teamwork
- Willingness to take direction and follow instructions / compliance
- A Confident, friendly and professional approach to team and residents
- Depending on location, you will need your own transport
Mandatory for compliance
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Seasonal Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
