About the Role:As the Front of House Manager , you'll be the driving force behind FOH operations, ensuring smooth event execution and leading a dynamic casual team. You'll manage everything from onboarding and rostering to hands-on event delivery, ensuring each occasion meets premium standards. You'll collaborate closely with the Event Coordinator, Operations Manager, General Manager, and Kitchen Manager to bring bespoke events to life.
Your Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in Front of House leadership in high-end hospitality or events
- Strong skills in team management, rostering, and training
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences under pressure
- Experience managing wage costs and liaising with third-party contractors
- Hands-on, solution-focused, and passionate about hospitality
- Competitive salary $85-95k + Super
