$125K - $135K + Super + Travel Allowance + Retention Bonus paid yearly

Are you an experienced Home Care leader ready to take on a pivotal role in a rapidly growing organisation? We are looking for a passionate Care Manager to oversee and expand a high-quality Home Care service across Brisbane.
About UsThis organisation is a leading retirement village operator, providing exclusive Home Care services to residents within their villages across QLD, NSW, and SA. Their Home Care services have grown significantly, supporting over 380 residents , and they are now looking for a strong clinical leader to drive their expansion in Queensland.
About the RoleThis is a fast-tracked 2IC (Second in Charge) position , reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
The Care Manager will:

Oversee a team of 25+ staff (Registered Nurses and Carers) across multiple villages.

Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure exceptional care delivery.

Play a key role in new village developments , from planning to resident integration.

Support staff engagement, professional development, and retention .

Ensure compliance with Home Care regulations and governance standards .
✅ Leadership & Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of RNs and Carers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
✅ Service Development: Drive the expansion of Home Care services, contributing to new village developments and operational success.
✅ Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Home Care regulations, safety, and risk management protocols.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with village managers, residents, and external providers.
✅ Professional Growth: Stay up to date with industry reforms and support staff training and career development.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) .

Extensive Home Care and aged care experience .

Strong leadership experience , having managed clinical or care teams.

Excellent knowledge of Home Care operations, governance, and compliance .

A values-driven and hands-on leadership style , fostering staff engagement and accountability.

The ability to travel across Brisbane villages (3 days per week) and Burleigh Heads (2 days per week) , with occasional travel to other locations.
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 + Superannuation
✈ Travel Allowance: $5,000 per year
Retention Bonus: 10%, 50%, and 80% at 1, 3, and 5-year milestones
