What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers to ensure outstanding service and KPI achievement.
- Provide expert guidance on complex issues and efficiently manage escalated complaints.
- Lead and contribute to engaging training sessions that enhance skills and knowledge.
- Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to refine and optimise systems and processes.
- Represent the company at tribunal hearings when required.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legislation, and best practice.
Are YOU Our Next Superstar Leader?
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in residential property management, with a strong track record of success.
- A current Property Management license
- Tech-savvy mindset, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with top-tier organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive, self-sufficient approach, capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
