About The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will handle high-volume inbound enquiries, providing accurate and timely support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location : Adelaide CBD

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and support related to payroll, HR, and other relevant matters.
  • Maintain detailed records and update customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment to meet service standards.
  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.

About You

  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role, such as a contact centre, payroll, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or fast food.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CHRIS21 (desirable but not essential).
  • Longevity in previous roles is highly regarded.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • A valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
