As a Customer Service Officer, you will handle high-volume inbound enquiries, providing accurate and timely support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Location : Adelaide CBD
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and support related to payroll, HR, and other relevant matters.
- Maintain detailed records and update customer interactions in internal systems.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment to meet service standards.
- Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role, such as a contact centre, payroll, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or fast food.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CHRIS21 (desirable but not essential).
- Longevity in previous roles is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- A valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
