A role with unique responsibilities
Patient Services Coordinators have a very important role at Monash IVF. You will be the first person patients meet when they engage with our clinic.
Reporting to the Patient Services Team Leader, this position exists to provide high quality administrative and reception support and exceptional customer service to patients.
Under guidance from your Team Leader, your responsibilities include :
Delivering exceptional admin services to all internal and external stakeholders Ensuring best-in-class patient experience at all times Providing general administrative support to the team Managing patient bookings and monitoring clinic appointments Triage incoming calls and emails Accurate data entry into the patient management system Medical billing and receipting Providing practice management support to our doctors when requiredThis role is performed between clinic hours 7am-5pm as required.

Understanding there are ups and down in reproductive health, our Patient Services Coordinators will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally you will bring the following :
