About the Role :

As an Executive Assistant at Newlands Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our executive team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining compliance, and fostering strong communication with key stakeholders. To be successful, you will have previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Management role, be organised, proactive, detail orientated and a team player.

Key responsibilities :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, Managing Director and Property Development team.
  • Manage and coordinate efficient communication with consultants, subcontractors, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Attend sites as required to meet with consultants, tenants, agents, trades and subcontractors.
  • Review reports, contracts, and lease agreements with keen attention to detail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Handle general office administration, including answering calls and correspondence.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Report writing and editing.
  • General office tasks and administration including organisation of meetings as required.

About You :

To be considered for this role, you must :

Have prior experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Management role. Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Possess a can-do, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
