As our highly valued Senior HR Business Partner, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.

Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the coordinated, streamlined and integrated delivery of both strategic and operational HR activities across TIQ's domestic workforce. You will be required to proactively partner with defined clients (people leaders) to provide innovative, sustainable and practical solutions to deliver best practice HR/ER services that align, and drive HR initiatives and interventions required to assist the designated client group in achieving business objectives and targets.

Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve:

  • Partner with designated client group to deliver a diverse range of HR activities, provide expert advice and consultancy services on complex workforce related challenges across the employment cycle, while operating within policy and employment frameworks, including:
  • Recruitment and selection (including talent attraction)
  • Performance and development (case management)
  • Health, Safety and Wellbeing (return to work coordinator)
  • Employee relations (complaints management and investigations)
  • Industrial relations (aligned to the TIQ employment framework and Queensland labour laws)
  • Workforce diversity and planning (vacancy management)
  • HR tracking and employee information reporting using Power BI
  • Organisational Development and Training initiatives
  • Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Developing and implementing a range of HR projects across TIQ, working with both Queensland based and international offices to deliver outcomes.
