Duties of a Client Care Team Leader:
- Lead, guide and supervise the Client Care team in managing their activities in a timely manner whilst maintain a high level of customer service delivery
- Nurture a positive culture within the company
- Responsible for managing and training the Client Care team in all aspects of their job to promote and deliver continued customer service delivery
- Investigate and manage client complaints and expectations whilst working towards satisfactory resolutions for both the client and the company
- Coaching and leading the Client Care team
- Demonstrate effective, clear communication skills with compassionate yet professional temperament, with the ability to communicate at all levels with both internal and external clients.
- Communicate and follow up with clients as required
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Customer Service role
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer focus and service orientation
- Intermediate Microsoft suite experience
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Ability to manage and lead a high performing team
- Maintain a positive attitude whilst under pressure
- Q Fever vaccinated
