The Role
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the recruitment process, administering HR systems, overseeing HR processes, and supporting projects in alignment with the Staffing Operational and Strategic Plan. This position is essential for activating the College’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring the school attracts and retains top talent. The role also supports efficient HR operations by coordinating attraction and retention programs and activities.

About you
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; and/or Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration and coordination.
- Demonstrated experience managing discreet processes in confidence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain prior to employment
