About The Role
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in this busy Harbour Town Outlet store. You must lead by example and be a passionate and enthusiastic leader with the ability to coach the upcoming retail talent in your store. This business empowers its managers to treat the business as if it is your own with access to KPI's and sales reports and you will be expected to use them to increase sales and profitability.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail experience is essential
- Proven ability to reach sales targets provided
- High level of presentation standards within your team, store and brand
- A natural born leader that has a strong presence on the sales floor in order to deliver results
- Customer experience is showcased in everything you do and this is passed on to your team to ensure a customer first mentality always
- A passion for health and well-being and currently leading an active lifestyle
- Ability to work with high stock levels and executing visual merchandising guides
