We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administration Assistant to join our clients team, based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.This role is ideal for someone seeking part time work only, offering 2-3 days per week, and who can start immediately, please reference your availability in your cover letter.
We require someone proficient in accounts payable and receivable, data entry, and general administrative support. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with month-end tasks, manage financial data, and collaborate with our Finance Administration Manager who will value your contributions and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable: Processing and reconciling supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Accounts Receivable: Managing customer invoicing, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Data Entry: Inputting financial data into our accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
• Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting.
• General administrative support to the finance team.
• In addition, you may be assisting with other functions across WHS and HR Administration if required.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Reckon accounting software or similar and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an accounts administration role.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) experience
• Daily banking and end of month reconciliation
• Someone who is reliable, dependable and an outstanding team player
• A fast learner who can quickly pick up new tasks, processes and systems and hit the ground running
• A positive and ‘can do’ attitude to their work and their team
• Adhering to strict privacy and security guidelines
• Seeking Part Time Work Only, (2-3 Days per week)
