Seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Manager to provide high level strategic and operational advice to the Human Capital Management Solution program of work.This exciting new role will support departmental executives, directors and school leaders, as well as both internal and external stakeholders regarding the digital services and ICT systems supported by the Information and Technologies Branch. The Strategy and Operations Manager reports to the Director of the Human Capital Management Solution program, Information and Technologies Branch, People, Information and Communication Services Division.

Your Role
- Contribute strategically and provide operational direction in the governance, implementation, maintenance, support and enhancement of existing and future enterprise ICT systems and services in alignment with the department's strategic direction.
- Provide leadership and line management of operations to successfully deliver ICT services and initiatives that support student learning outcomes and corporate business activities within agreed parameters of time, cost and quality.
- Provide high level advice and guidance to schools and corporate office business units on ICT related issues and service delivery and drive the continuous improvement of ICT services state wide.
- Provide strategic and authoritative advice to senior management and internal stakeholders regarding the digital services and ICT systems supported by the Information and Technologies Branch, including mitigation strategies relative to significant projects.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external agencies to ensure information provided to departmental staff is accurate and current.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
