Change Manager

• CONTRACT - 10 months
• Part-time Opportunity (3 days per week)
• Daily rate: $800 (inc. Super)

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the transition to a new Master Data Management (MDM) system and associated business processes. This role will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to drive user adoption, ensuring employees embrace new data management practices while minimizing resistance to change. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition.
• Utilize a structured approach to support senior stakeholders in leading change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments , evaluate training needs, and measure change readiness.
• Work alongside the Project Manager to engage and manage key business and technical stakeholders.
• Design and implement a communication plan , creating materials and tracking responses.
• Establish success metrics and monitor progress to ensure effective adoption.
• Identify and address potential risks and resistance , guiding leaders in managing challenges.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs .
• Collaborate with project teams to align change management activities with project plans.
• Provide guidance and coaching to senior leaders, managers, and supervisors .
• Work with specialists and stakeholders to coordinate change efforts effectively.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG).
• At least 5 years of experience in change management roles.
• Experience in the mining or resources sector .
• Familiarity with inventory or asset management processes.
