Your new role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide Level 1/2 support to our clients, utilising Microsoft 365 tools. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, offering remote and in-person support, and assisting with basic networking tasks. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations for the company's end-users.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Experience providing Level 1/2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices in a Microsoft environment.
- Previous experience working on a service desk.
- Experience with AD, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Azure.
- Basic technical troubleshooting and ticket triage experience.
