Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage facilities, and coordinate events. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a productive office environment, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the smooth execution of corporate and staff events. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining an efficient workspace and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office & Facilities Management: Oversee daily office operations, building and facility management, security protocols, office layout, and vendor management.
- Event Management: Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and staff events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Front-of-House & Guest Experience: Manage front-desk operations, ensuring high standards of service, and support the Office Concierge team.
- Budget Oversight: Manage office-related expenses and track budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Office Management: 3+ years managing office operations in a corporate environment.
- Organisation: Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to ensure efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and high standards across all tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Experience organising corporate and staff events.
- Problem Solving: Quick to resolve challenges and maintain productivity.
- Proactive: Identifies areas for improvement and takes initiative.
- Team-Oriented: Works collaboratively and provides support across departments.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Discretion: Handles sensitive information with confidentiality.
