Intro to the role:
Are you passionate about Positive Behaviour Support and ready to take your career to the next level? Concentric is looking for a dedicated and dynamic leader to oversee clinical quality and development in Positive Behaviour Support across our organisation.
You will oversee the delivery, quality and growth of our Positive Behaviour Support services and team. Lead to ensure we deliver exceptional care through continuous improvement strategies. Evaluate service delivered and review, update and improve services based on customer feedback, and available evidence. Guide and support your team through effective supervision and mentorship. Foster their growth and development to achieve their full potential.
In this role, you will focus on:
- Clinical Leadership: Providing clinical guidance and support to the PBS team.
- Mentoring and Supervision: Supervising PBS practitioners to develop their skills and progress through the PBS framework.
- Service Development: Leading the design and implementation of evidence-based PBS programs according to national regulatory frameworks.
- Quality Improvement: Monitoring and improving service quality and outcomes on a national level.
- Training and Education: Developing training programs and resources for new and ongoing staff education.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Client Engagement: Promoting client attraction and retention through strong referral pathways.

- Must demonstrate current expertise in Positive behaviour Support, with at least 5 years of experience in the field supporting clients with varying capabilities and presentations across the lifespan
- At advanced level or eligible to be at the advanced level of the National PBS Capability Framework within 6 months.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership and/or mentoring.
- Extensive knowledge of NDIS, disability services and the Behaviour Support framework required
- Ability to manage and engage remote teams
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in liaising with government organisations and maintaining professional interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in working with people with disabilities and their families.
- Valid Australian drivers licence and car.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Qualifications in psychology
- Thorough understanding of psychological interventions
