This is an exciting opportunity to lead CBB’s Queensland arm and spearhead their mission in the state as their State Relationship Manager.
Role Overview
Based in Queensland, this role will report to the Head of Salary Packaging based in Adelaide. As a key member of the CBB Relationship Team, the State Relationship Manager will be responsible for building ongoing productive relations with current and potential new client organisations. This role will develop new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying and presenting proposals to win new clients. This role will be responsible for implementing effective client retention, keeping accurate CRM records and providing up to date salary packaging information to clients and customers.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
The successful candidate must have prior experience with developing and gaining new business along with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated. Working as part of a virtual national team, the ability to collaborate across the organisation will be a key component of this role. You will have previous sales and customer focussed service delivery experience, high level of written and verbal communication, good presentation skills and sound financial understanding. CBB is looking for a passionate relationship builder with a strong problem-solving ability and a confident, compassionate approach to lead their mission. This role requires frequent travel, so a current driver’s licence is essential along with a current National Police Check. Some out of hours work may be required.
