CBB is seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to be a part of their mission in NT.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Relationship Manager - NT, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing productive relationships with clients. The Relationship Manager will deliver a high level of customer service, provide sound advice and assistance, as well as educate clients about salary packaging services via phone, email, and onboarding/induction presentations. The key focus of this role is to maximise participation in salary packaging within the state. This role will also be responsible for implementing effective client retention and ensuring administrative practices adhere to high quality standards.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in service delivery particularly in handling customer enquiries, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Working as a part of a virtual national team, the ability to collaborate across the organisation will be a key component of this role. CBB is seeking ethical and empathetic individuals with strong numeracy and computer skills, who can multitask and handle competing priorities with their methodical approach and problem-solving skills. Candidates with sound financial understanding, sales experience, knowledge of the not-for-profit sector or experience working within community roles are highly desirable for this role. This role requires frequent travel, so a current driver’s licence is essential along with a current National Police Check. Some out of hours work may be required.
