Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Weekly payroll calculation and processing for a total of 3,000+ employees in a team of 6
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate advice on
- PAYG, Payroll Tax, WorkCover and Superannuation payments
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Processing on annual, long service and personal leave
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a fast paced Payroll environment is essential
- Minimum of 4 years payroll experience
- Knowledge & experience in Retail is highly desirable
- Prior experience with Affinity and Kronos is an absolute must have
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to communicate issues and concerns
