Role
The relevant role is a permanent opportunity delivering a live $12M Education project in the Northern suburbs for head office in an Eastern suburbs location.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Ability to run procurement from the ground up
- Letting and vetting all packages
- Being able to submit RFI's, EOT's and variations
Requirements
- 3+ years Contract Administrator experience for a Commercial headcontractor in the Tier 2/3 space
- Government project experience heavily favorable
- Jobpac, Procore and Hammertech software experience
- Ability to work on 2+ projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
