About the Role: Team Leader
We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Team Leader to join our senior leadership team and support our amazing group of therapists. You’ll be a mix of clinician, leader, and project creator, guiding and empowering the team while working alongside them on programs that make a difference.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Take on a blend of clinical work, team supervision, and project leadership.
- Partner with other team leaders to develop innovative services and enhance the Pen Plus experience.
-Support and guide the operational aspects of your team
- Empower your team to build their passion areas, experience success and build confidence.
- Lead and design professional development, tackle meaningful projects, and get creative with program development.
- Live our values, mission and vision
- Embrace challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
A professional qualification in Psychology with current professional registration with AHPRA.
Registration as a Board Approved Supervisor with Psychology Board of Australia is preferred, but not essential.
The drive to support a thriving, collaborative team.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
A driver’s license
