Our Centre:
We can’t wait to welcome your family to our brand new, purpose-built Pascoe Vale childcare centre on Cumberland Road. It’s our second amazing centre in Pascoe Vale, designed to support each child’s educational journey through each age group. from babies to six years old.
At Guardian Pascoe Vale Cumberland Road, the care and education of each child is our top priority. Children aged six weeks to six years will be supported to be creative, bold and imaginative in their learning. We are thrilled that this is our second Guardian child care centre in Pascoe Vale!
We already have strong ties with the local community, and a deep understanding of what families in the area value most when choosing their early childhood education and care provider.
At our new Pascoe Vale long day care centre, each child will have a supportive environment to explore their world safely. A team of passionate, qualified Teachers and Educators will ensure that each child receives care tailored to their needs through a personalised approach to play-based learning.
Located in Mickleham Road, Tullamarine, the centre also has parking spots and is located at a convenient and central area of the suburb as well.
Your Opportunity:
✨ Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum.
✨ Support educators in delivering an exceptional educational program.

✨ Set clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.
✨ Contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.
To be considered, you should have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA) or a Diploma held candidate with relevant experience.
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Previous experience in the early years sector.
- Valid Working with Children’s Check
