About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney Marketing team as our Marketing Manager, located in Erskine Park. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic and tactical plans that support and drive Darley’s vision and company objectives. You will create and implement strategies to improve market awareness, including developing national and state-based sales incentives and provide direction and information for the development of new products and increase awareness of existing products.
You will also be responsible for the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and budgets, plus the development and implementation of advertising campaigns in line with sales activity and company requirements.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who encompasses the following skills and capabilities:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
- Brand management
- Campaign management
- Social media, digital marketing and analytics
- Event management
- Previous experience leading and managing own team
- Previous experience managing budgets and accountability for results
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and project management skills
- Previous experience in Marketing within a medium to large enterprise
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a full driver’s licence
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), MS Office applications, NetSuite ERP/CRM
