Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard.
Your role
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:Candidate resourcing and candidate managementReview applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.Attend candidate meetings and interviewsBuild strong Candidate networksConduct reference checks, verify qualifications, and coordinate background screening processes.The essential requirement
Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Commercially minded with a solid understanding of recruitment processes.Flexibility to work in a remote role, with the ability to travel to Tamworth NSW or other locations as required
