Corporate Chef – Steakhouse Group
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Chef to lead the culinary vision of our Steakhouse brand. This role oversees menu innovation, kitchen operations, and quality control across multiple locations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine steakhouse menus, focusing on premium cuts, seasonality, and innovation.
- Standardize recipes and ensure consistency across all locations.
- Train and mentor kitchen teams, upholding excellence in execution.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee cost control without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive or Corporate Chef in a high-end steakhouse or fine dining restaurant.
- Expertise in meat selection, aging, and grilling techniques, Josper/charcoal grilling experience an advantage
- Strong leadership, training, and operational skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
