Description:
The Property Stylist is a boutique Styling and Interior Design Agency located in Chatswood, Sydney. We work closely with leading real-estate agents, builders and property vendors to create property styling solutions to maximise the sale price. We are seeking a highly motivated team player to work in our Property Styling Unit. This is a sales support role, assisting the director in meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in an assistant role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately capture and record information.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work closely with the Director, understanding their needs and preferences to provide seamless support.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel locally as required.
- Always maintain a professional and polished appearance, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Accompany the Director to all client appointments, taking comprehensive notes and ensuring no detail is missed.
- Draw accurate floor plans during client meetings to assist with project planning and execution.
- Capture detailed photos and videos during appointments to aid in the preparation of client quotes.
- Record access notes to provide clear instructions for the Stylists and Logistics Manager.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with client liaison and management, primarily through phone calls, to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.
- Support the Director in daily operations, helping to streamline processes and ensure that all client needs are met efficiently.
- Always well-presented, with a professional appearance that aligns with the company’s high standards.
