GrainCorp is currently seeking an AR Officer with a focus on Billing, based at our Barangaroo offices. This is a contract role until July 2026. The responsibilities of the role will include:
Review & approve sales orders in conjunction with customer agreements, tariff pricing schedules or other impacting information Maintain, record and archive information in line with audit requirements Develop and maintain internal relationships to encourage prompt response and information turn around Proactively looking for ways to improve processes About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience in a billing focused role with experience creating invoices, ideally having worked on SAP. Candidates will also demonstrate:
Numeracy, and analytical skills Attention to detail Ability to work autonomously & to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Broader accounts receivable experience will be beneficial
