Bringing in new NDIS Participants for our Support Services, Day Programs, community nursing, Support Coordination, Respite, SIL & SDA in NSW, QLD, TAS, Perth and Adelaide.
Networking & meeting with those in the disability sector with Support Coordinators, hospitals, mental health departments and other registered NDIS providersDevelop engagement strategiesConverting leads into prospectsDeveloping networks in the community to foster customer engagement & enquiriesConsulting with cold and warm leads to provide advice and solutions to participants and help them understand the NDIS processFinding suitable staffs in multiple areasPromote disability industry to school leavers.Be able to work with KPI's, targets and Set quarterly Business Objectives.
YOUR QUALITIESSelf-motivated & a go-getterYou enjoy working with participants to deliver an exceptional sales experienceThis role is based on building relationships with industry contacts as well as participants, advocates, families, and carers looking for servicesExceptional communication skills – you’re a natural communicator and empathetic towards our participants & their familiesKnowledge of NDIS practice standards, developing and implementation of tailored-care plansHigh-level consultation skillsDue to the nature of the role, travelling will be required and therefore current driver’s licence is mandatory.knowledge and experience on NDIS Compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission Framework and Practice standards
We are seeking someone who has:Must have a minimum of 2-3years’ experience within the NDIS industry in a similar role
