SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Solar & BESS Technical Project Engineer to lead and manage Solar Projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background and significant experience in solar farms and large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Engineer. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for ensuring the successful execution of projects.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop comprehensive Solar Project Plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential challenges, and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee and manage project documentation, including detailed project plans, progress reports, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy at all stages.
- Provide expert technical guidance and continuous support to project team members, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and high-performance working environment.
- Utilize PVsyst, AutoCAD, and PVcase software for solar system design, modeling, and optimization, ensuring effective project development and execution.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project.
- Lead the design of PV and BESS parks, ensuring the development of key project documents that define the project scope, objectives, and technical specifications while ensuring alignment with project studies, permits, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solar Projects ideally within a technical field.
- Proficient in using PVsyst, AutoCAD, and PVcase software for solar system design, modeling, and optimization to support project development.
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
